Tree Poaching

Illegal killing of climate friendly (old-growth) trees, especially for profit. This genocidal obliteration of the forests is very concerning, as it may lead to complete deforestation of the planet. The scourge of forest crime must be combated with investments in cameras, motion detectors, and various other technologies to catch poachers in the act, before it is too late.
