The Buck Stops Where?
When disaster strikes, it is a public relations emergency for incumbent politicians. Blame should be spread around to minions, the opposition, or things beyond their control, like Climate Change or racism. Governors and mayors need to carefully gaslight and misdirect the media from assigning blame to their administrations, while demanding more money and resources to continue their status quo.
