When the outcome of a trial doesn't align with progressive narratives, possibly because riots and protests failed to successfully influence the verdict (or extra juror votes weren't found soon enough). Clearly the oppressors are always guilty, and the oppressed are unjustly treated by the system, as shown by the approved facts reported by the Ministry of Truth outlets.
