Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 01 May 2024 - Adverse Possession

Adverse Possession

A person (or persons) occupying land owned by someone else.  This can be justified because of the precedent of "colonization", which is how everyone here has their land – they took it through adverse possession (aka squatting).  Squatters are therefore justified in using legal loopholes to make their claims, with the belief that the land of those abandoned projects can be reclaimed.  Since the colonizers took the land from the native people, it’s a process that can be justly used to take that land back.  Technically, this can be extended to other property situations as well.  For example, "theoretically" anyone on the street should be able to boost an unoccupied car and drive it, because that car is just sitting around.
