Bias Response Hotline
A communication avenue through which residents can report neighbors for noncriminal speech they find upsetting, facilitated by "trauma-informed operators”. It allows residents to snitch if they identify as a victim, feel like they are one, or believe they are entitled to taxpayer-funded benefits. Their "truth” is dutifully recorded as a “bias incident” by the Ministry of Love. This in no way corrodes social trust by "turning neighbors against each other", but rather it is a way to re-align communities around common values.
