Racially segregated training for non-white librarians is vital to the mission of woke education, since early literacy of children in anti-racist and gender studies is imperative to destroying bigoted societal values.  This state-paid training needs to have restricted access for the white race, Christians, parents, oppressors, colonialists, and other evil people.  Well-trained librarians need to be able to file books into age appropriate categories, protected from parental interference, and should be passionate about early literacy and racial equity.  Diverse librarians must take an active role in educating children on social activism and opposing traditional values.

There is a compelling governmental interest in refusing to allow misguided parents to choose which Ministry of Truth social training sessions their children attend.  Exposing children to these books, and to appropriate sexual content, does not undermine sacred parental authority, nor does it force religious parents to abandon what they believe their faiths teach or practice, hence it is in line with the "free exercise" clause guidelines.  Of course, classroom exposure to ancient Abrahamic religions (and their questionable values) is forbidden, since it can cause great distress and harm to children in their morally formative years, and could lead to proselytizing, indoctrination, and child abuse.

The Ministry of Love views as criminals guilty of child abuse and neglect, parents who refuse to affirm their child's innate, immutable sexual orientation or chosen gender identity.  To protect the child's rights, parental rights are declared to be null and void, and are granted by the State only to those in good standing.  This is preferable anyway, since children belong to the State, and official Ministry of Truth educators need to shield kids from the prying eyes of their thought-criminal parents.
