Safe Haven Laws
The revolutionary new laws create Temporary Emergency Jurisdictions with the intent to bypass Supreme Court rulings that found "parental rights" in the 14th Amendment to raise, care for, and educate their children as they see fit. These laws are needed to shelter children from oppressive conservative beliefs that could harm them by denying their sexual freedom decisions. Gender-sanctuary states have the ability to strip custody from extremist parents of out-of-state minors seeking gender affirming treatments, sterilization, and surgeries. The state must intervene to ensure the best interest of trans-kids are protected from harmful parental wishes and influences.
