To promote aid and goodwill abroad with generous spending, the Ministry of Plenty diplomatically shovels assistance abroad to allies. Singing about social justice issues (through diverse opera and musicals) is of vital importance to exporting our cultural values. Other "foreign aid" provided to our future comrades includes:
- customized birth control devices, and other family planning supplies and services
- educational gender "comic" books
- "coming out" groups funding
- employment assistance for gender minorities
- (pending) EV infrastructure in third world countries
- atheism evangelism
