Antiracist Math Training
Workshops teaching teachers to "identify, disrupt, and replace practices that perpetuate White supremacy." Math liberators will learn to confront "oppressive practices in math instruction with practices that center the wellness of students of color" and have hands-on opportunities to practice their craft. Harmful ideas to eliminate include: math being purely objective, that there are always right and wrong answers, and the need to track proficiency.

Recent academic studies have revealed the racist underbelly of our society. It has been undercovered that the primary outcomes of CRT anti-racist training sessions are increased hostility toward minorities by the trainees. Instead of feeling increased empathy toward the oppressed, in practice attendees are actually developing greater hostility at being told that they are evil racists who are perpetuating systemic oppression. Since this study suggests that DEI training is counterproductive to converting irredeemable racists, the Ministry of Truth requests that this study be downplayed, while more effective re-education techniques are developed.

Employers should make accommodations and dismantle hostile work cultures that make these kinds of unreasonable demands. This is recognized by some psychologists as a cognitive condition (related to ADHD) resulting in time management, planning, and punctuality struggles caused by broken internal clocks.

Just criticism of those who don't vote with their culture based on skin color. Big Brother claims that, "You ain't black!" if you don't choose wisely to protect diversity by voting for him or his successor of color. The Ministry of Truth implores, "If you don't vote [with us], then you are letting a racist win." Voters should be shamed for not voting for the DEI candidate, since policies and principles are less important than "the moment".

Those who insist on just choosing the most qualified candidate by merit (e.g. for VP, Secret Service leader, or spokesperson) are haters who slur people chosen according to equitable hiring criteria.

Day 31 - Celebrate Truth, All the Time. All the Time, Celebrate Truth
It is not currently popular to stand for the truth. Relativism reigns and new destructive philosophies such as CRT, DEI, and radical social justice vie for dominance against traditional values. Words are redefined to win arguments and influence morality without firing a shot. Feelings and desires are now said to define reality, and rights are granted and revoked as the powerful find useful. "My truth" and "my lived experience" carry far more weight than inconvenient objective truths.
All is not lost, but it all starts with YOU. Don't give in to redefinitions of truth and what is good/evil. Question their assumptions and ask them how they justify their claims, or how they came to their conclusions. Refuse to use their language and the Orwellian Newspeak they use.
I would encourage everyone to not just embrace real truth for a limited time, but rather to incorporate it into your core values and promote it daily.

Day 29 - Work is good and the norm for all people
Work is good! While sometimes people experience hard times and need help, they should not be provided a comfortable hammock. The assistance they get should not incentivize them to stop looking for work and to be comfortable enough to coast through life on handouts. In fact, that is actually very harmful in the long run. A permanent welfare state actually does not help them up and out of their situations.
Charity without expectations often begins a descending life spiral. It has been said that "A hand up beats a handout." While there are real exceptions where someone is no longer able to work, or when working would be a detriment to themselves or their families, the general rule should be that work is good and is expected. This has been known for a long time, as the generous early church shows
For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "If a man will not work, he shall not eat." We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies. Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat. 2 Thes. 3:10-12
Now obviously that is not meant to be mean or unfair, but rather acknowledges that work is actually for the good of all. So why is it hard for our progressive society to have the same expectation? Surely it is not that some people find it politically advantageous to perpetuate the welfare state?! Or is it in service to a radical view of equity and social justice? So far, it seems like it is currently a growth industry.

Divisive Concepts
Opponents of equity and justice want to eliminate state-funded DEI program content by declaring certain concepts as taboo. These include: casting fault, blame, or bias to any race, religion, gender or nationality. Teachings that a person is “inherently responsible for actions committed in the past” or that a person should “accept, acknowledge, affirm or assent to a sense of guilt, complicity or a need to apologize” based on their race, religion, gender or background are also considered divisive under the legislation. This would undermine the hard-earned fundamental change of the nation that the Ministry of Truth desires.

The National Football Slavery League (NFSL) is run by rich white men who exploit non-whites. Recently some insufficiently compensated minority players have suggested having a partitioned exhibition game with "the best" all-White team possible against an all-Black team. This would be cathartic, since obviously the inferior white team would be crushed and humiliated. This will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that sports announcers of non-minority creeds, races, colors, or genders should not be allowed to give analysis on sports, because they are neither experts nor qualified to have opinions. Details to be worked out include: what selection criteria to apply to players of mixed-race, those married to white partners, or who have conservative views.

All students deserve a graduation diploma. Don't blame the education system or root causes, since strict graduation requirements produce fundamentally racist results, have inequitable impacts, and outcomes are predicted solely by race, ethnicity, IEP status, and multilingual background. Ministry of Truth educators need not focus on testing or teaching traditional subject matter, but rather on molding students to be loyal life-long supporters, and to do what they can to disrupt the inequitable results of proficiency testing.
