The person who is the most inclusive and best fits the intersectionality Bingo board of criteria, such as gender, race, sexual orientation, oppressed status, etc. Standards based on work ethic, achievements, qualifications, experience, and education are all based on white supremacy and should be given less weight than inclusivity. Those who insist on just choosing the most qualified candidate by merit (e.g. for VP, Secret Service leader, or spokesperson) are haters who slur people chosen according to equitable hiring criteria.
