This is definitely not a racist term, but rather one of community, since oppressed people need their own segregated spaces to associate with their culture apart from others.  Diversity-free dorms, classes, parties, and organizations show what a socially just society looks like, eliminating racial inequity by seeing color.

Tracking

A modern form of segregation used by non-progressive educators to group students based on their learning level and testing proficiency.  The Ministry of Truth has determined that all examples of tracking should be eliminated, since it is a form of "spirit murder" that is inflicted upon children of color via unreasonable and inequitable proficiency expectations.

Electeds of Color

Segregated holiday policy, which only allows non-whites, so as to provide a safe space against the dominant racist political culture.  Given that there are many private events held for all sorts of groups, and the fact that past events generated no valid objections about divisiveness, this is clearly a unifying gathering acceptable to the Ministry of Truth.
