Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 03 Apr 2025 - Old Laws

Old Laws

Socially responsible judges need to intervene in and disrupt all objectionable actions of the Executive or Legislative branches.  The Ministry of Truth controls the most powerful of the "co-equal" branches of government, the Judicial branch, and who is expected to "do the right thing" on demand.  Assertions of delegated power by the other branches are to be ignored, reinterpreted, or declared as obsolete "old" laws, just like the decrepit Constitution, in lieu of injunctions and orders by the "least of these" resistance judges.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 26 Mar 2025 - Editorial Injunction

Editorial Injunction

Media outlets that spread mis-, dis-, or mal-information do not have a right to irresponsibly post editorials that could embarrass or expose public officials.  Using the judicial pen, judges may require the removal or retraction of detrimental "free speech".  Restraining uncontrolled speech is the job of the judiciary if the other branches of government fail to act appropriately.
