Terrible Tariffs

In a futile effort to undo decades of globalization, the Disruptor-in-Chief is tanking the economy, the stock market, and our world reputation by insisting on "fair" trade practices.  Because of our colonialist past, we owe the world a chance to get even by charging us more while protecting their own countries first.

Trade Wars

The new POTUS is hellbent on destroying the country, and our international relations, by insisting on "fair trade", using strong negotiation and sometimes by levying punitive tariffs and retaliation against those who refuse to submit.  This chaos and coercion will inevitably cause inflation, and higher prices too, damaging our economy and reputation as a world economic partner.
