Migrant Relocation

State governors do not have the right to persecute innocent migrants by relocating them to various welcoming sanctuaries. These unauthorized expulsion stunts, in the dark of night, are immoral. Only the Ministry of Love has the authority to redistribute refugees, at their discretion, secretly and quietly via planes, trains, and even buses.
