This is the ultimate get out of jail free card for loyalists to Big Brother. No (mostly legal) activity that advances the causes of the Ministry of Truth, protects party leaders, or results in financial gain, is beyond the reach of blanket forgiveness.  The Ministry of Love is hereby required to overlook "any and all" of the following criminal activities for these winners: 

• money laundering 
• tax evasion 
• influence peddling and bribery acceptance
• illegal foreign business deals
• FARA violations (foreign agent registration act)
• gun law infractions
• sex worker impregnation 
• drug addiction
• missed child support payments
• contempt of Congress 
• and more  

Obviously, relatives get to cut the line because of unjust political prosecutions and biased juries. Remember, "No one is above the law!"
