Fursonas
A form of self-expression, in which people identify as animals. Public officials should be supportive of people's decisions on how they see themselves, especially children, as long as it doesn't disrupt official Ministry approved activities. For example, it is healthy for students to have an outlet from mental health. anxiety, or identity issues, and once life stressors are reduced or eliminated, students are free to transition again to human or other chosen personas.
