Charities
Charities = Non-profit coalitions whose mission is to covertly facilitate Big Brother's policies, by coordinating grants and contracts, and hiding funding sources from anti-Ministry opponents and insurrectionists. Approved activities include:
- distributing gift cards or cash
- arranging interstate and transnational transportation
- housing migrants seeking sanctuary
- serving free lunches
- clothing the newcomers
- facilitating voter registration
- giving immigration legal advice
