Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 30 Apr 2024 - Fine People on Both Sides

Fine People on Both Sides

Big Brother, like Solomon, splits the political baby by tacitly supporting colonialist regimes and condemning overt antisemitism, but not denouncing the understandable calls for death to non-Palestinian occupiers.  Good citizens can support the destruction of a whole nation (not genocide), while not compromising their jihadist moral high ground.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 29 Apr 2024 - Global Intifada

Global Intifada

Resistance against the oppressors by any means necessary.  Acceptable past activities include suicide bombings against so-called civilian targets, self-immolations, violent attacks, rapes, beheadings, shootings, stabbings, … all justified forms of justice and retribution to terrorize the occupiers, and to bring about the final solution from the river to the sea (and coast to coast).  Long live the revolution!

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 26 Apr 2024 - Code Switching

Code Switching

The practice of changing your language, appearance, dress, or manner of your talk to align with the requirements of the dominant culture.  Employees should be able to be their authentic selves, and not be forced to compromise their views or culture just to fit into "professional" expectations.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 25 Apr 2024 - Title LG9T++

Title LG9T++

Reimagination of the former Title IX education rights law.  This revision removes exclusive bio-women's rights in education, sports, and spaces, fixing fifty years of non-inclusive "equal opportunity" laws for bio-women only, thus allowing gender self-identification to be the determining rule instead of obsolete 20th century views of biological sex.  As an added bonus, the rights of the accuser of harassment and discrimination have been restored, since the accused is always assumed to be guilty by the new lower standard of evidence.

Straight

Offensive term for the dominant sexual orientation, since it implies others are crooked, and thus could give a negative connotation to minority sexual preferences.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 11 Apr 24 - ICE-powered Vehicle

ICE-powered Vehicle

Climate destroying internal combustion engines (ICE) are clearly inferior to electric (EVs) ones, which have lower emissions and environmental impact.  While acquiring the materials required for EV battery manufacturing raises a number of potential environmental impacts, it is of minimal concern compared to the known existential threats of fossil fuels.  Since responsible extraction is essential, we can trust world-wide manufacturers to be environmentally responsible since they share our environmental goals. Responsible production involves investigating local biodiversity, water flows, and the concerns of local communities to figure out how to reduce harm.  Trust us – or else.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 23 Apr 2024 - Liberation

Liberation

Freedom for the oppressed by expunging the inhabitants of oppressor countries.  Supporters, teachers, and activists should call upon all available resources, including their god(s), to exterminate their enemies with jihadist zeal, as called for in their holy documents.

Creative Memory

Emotional moments by Big Brother are often highlighted by symbolic stories, exaggerations, and misstatements to support a greater point.  This contrasts his passion with his opponent's evil and contempt for others.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 18 Apr 2024 - Sex Offender Registry

Sex Offender Registry

Because the root cause [of rape] is White supremacy and the patriarchy, we should not monsterize people who have a past history of perpetrated sexual harm. These labels make the ignorant public feel good, but does nothing to keep people safe, and does nothing to recognize the humanity of sex criminals, nor does it foster their dignified restoration. When we label people with things that they might not consent to being labeled, we diminish their humanity and dignity.

Snitch Line

Hotline established for reporting activities opposing Big Brother's agenda.  For example, when the ballot initiative process is being abused by the opposition to gather signatures and propagandize about controversial issues.  Concerned citizens can now report these activities so that opposition can be organized to undermine or intimidate petitioners and signers from bringing irresponsible ballot measures before the voting masses.  While asking for a signature is a free speech right, so is asking someone not to sign or making it inconvenient for the petitioners to harass people.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 15 Apr 2024 - Cohesive and Aligned

Cohesive and Aligned

Because of the deep commitment of Ministry of Truth media outlets to presenting audiences with a diverse set of viewpoints and experiences, particularly during these consequential times, they must proactively remove disruptive voices with credibility issues. One thought leader stated, "We must have diverse viewpoints on our programs, and to that end, we will redouble our efforts to seek voices that represent different parts of the political spectrum."  Hiring politically biased and dangerous propagandists is unacceptable for our "non-partisan" networks.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 05 Apr 2024 - Sunshine Guilt

Sunshine Guilt

A sense of shame for staying inside on good weather days, with a feeling of doing something wrong or of missing out just because you are being lazy and unmotivated. Instead of taking uncomfortable action to change (e.g. by going outside), the most effective solution is to just rationalize it or to get online therapy for your negative feelings.

Ministry of Truth Daily Update - 03 Apr 2024 - Divisive Concepts

Divisive Concepts

Opponents of equity and justice want to eliminate state-funded DEI program content by declaring certain concepts as taboo.  These include: casting fault, blame, or bias to any race, religion, gender or nationality.  Teachings that a person is “inherently responsible for actions committed in the past” or that a person should “accept, acknowledge, affirm or assent to a sense of guilt, complicity or a need to apologize” based on their race, religion, gender or background are also considered divisive under the legislation.  This would undermine the hard-earned fundamental change of the nation that the Ministry of Truth desires.

Ministry of Truth Just Kidding Update - 02 Apr 2024 - Strippers Bill of Rights

Strippers Bill of Rights

Strippers are workers and should be granted all the rights and protections of other workers, even if some of their activities have not yet been legalized.  These independent contractors in the adult entertainment industry, mostly at legal establishments, need to be protected against predatory club fees, unlocked dressing rooms, and sexual harassment.  Exotic private dancers shouldn't be forced into even riskier or more dire situations by marginalizing them or by criminalizing their hard work.

Strict adherence to the Constitution is an obstacle to protection of the public, according to a Supreme Court justice who opined, "... your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways…"  In an environment of threatening circumstances, government’s powers should not be derived from, or be subservient to, the rights of the subjects.
