Coping Spaces
Because of the recent traumatic election events, stressed and distraught students need "phone free" safe spaces to chill and decompress with mindfulness activities like coloring, finger painting, guided meditation sessions, and playing with Legos, fidget tools, and therapy ducks. In these challenging times, the mental health of students must take priority over deadlines, formal classes, and tests.
