Egalitarian wages
A system where everyone is paid the same regardless of their performance or skills. Under this economic system, workers are motivated to do excellent work and to be highly productive. However, rigid wage structures inequitably vary wages based on skills, personal productivity, and even living costs across regions. Workers should be encouraged to seek the jobs they deserve, without concern for the actual demand for different types of labor, since the Ministry of Plenty will ensure equitable outcomes.
