Unburdened
The vision for the Ministry of Truth is to discard the former things that get in the way, so that they can institute a new way of enlightened governing, under the umbrella of "What can be". Big Brother's subcommander repeatedly urges the loyal minions to be "unburdened by what has been". They are unconcerned by low poll numbers, their record of governing, or losing emeritus candidates, as long as it brings about the socialist utopia by defeating all threats.
Note: This is closely related to BB's goal of becoming "Unchained", unless you are an oppressed minority, and thus shackled by the past, needing the largess of the Ministries to achieve anything.
