Sharenting
Parents that feature their children on their social media channels and receive compensation are now lawfully required to set aside earnings for the children in a trust. This law creates a private right of action for child influencers against their parents that featured them in videos, even if consensual. This will protect and improve the relationship between parents, children, lawyers, and the government.
