Reiterating that her values haven't changed, the Ministry of Truth's hand-selected "accidental candidate" stated that her personally owned gun has been appropriately prosecuted by herself and placed in home confinement where it can never harm anyone invading her home. She called for sensible laws allowing unannounced and unrestricted visitation hours being granted to the Ministry of Love to inspect the confinement conditions of all firearms "legally" owned by citizens. Any weapon that could conceivably be used against defenseless seekers of equitable redistribution is an existential threat deserving of confiscation, and will also lead to prosecution of the irresponsible owner.
She repeatedly clarified the statement that she has repeatedly made so that it is very clearly heard, "Let me make it clear, 'My values haven't changed'!"
