As an insurance policy against the wrong candidate winning, government employees were encouraged to “Get the money out as fast as possible" before the new hostile administration came in, while denying and covering up the process.  Throwing billions at "justice" agendas, and shoveling boatloads more to like-minded nonprofits, should provide a buffer against a presidency hostile to our equity and social justice goals.

Money Laundering

By using non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to distribute aid and funds, the government has plausible deniability about the true amount of money being spent for activities that might draw too much unwanted attention from the public.  By labeling these funds as going to "charitable" NGOs, Big Brother's administration can claim that it is not (directly) funding illegal immigration via free flights, cash payments, vouchers, housing, cars, phones, or abortions.  Because there is no accountability or transparency, this is a win-win in getting stealth agendas implemented.

Humanitarian nonprofits and NGOs facilitate migrants in reaching their desired final destinations via free travel vouchers, long-term accommodations, services to contact their families, and financial support.  Unfortunately, many of these migrants choose to go to sanctuary cities and states, which are increasingly overwhelmed, but are welcoming of more government financial assistance in dealing with the influx.
