Competitive Sports Style Guide

Media outlets of the Ministry of Truth have been provided an approved guideline for reporting on gendered athletes.  Reports must avoid controversial labels such as "born male/female", "biologically male/female", "genetically male/female", "male-to-female (MtF)", or "female-to-male (FtM)", to promote gender equality and fairness.  For fairness, progressive Olympic events are now officially considered to be gendered, no longer using the discriminatory biologically-based standard.  Gender-based discrimination must be condemned and eliminated at all levels of competition.

Allyship

Being supportive of marginalized people, such as transgender athletes.  We must welcome and empower all who "deserve equal access to the lifesaving power of sport, and that no one should be banned from playing sports simply because of who they are."   Allies must stand for representation of oppressed groups, whether it is because of racism, outdated morality, or legal status.

IOC Women

A leading Olympic fairness spokesperson forcefully defended women's sports.  They claimed that sports equity is being subverted by those claiming to own the definition of who is a woman by implying that there are objective biological tests, which we all know don't exist.  They are therefore invited to come up with a scientific-based, "new" definition of who is a woman that explains how somebody who was born as a woman, raised as a woman, and competed for years as a woman cannot actually be a woman.  "C'mon, man!"  Obviously having a passport listing their gender as a woman is the definitive definition that should be followed.

Sports Fairness Research

Research studies must be conducted within equity guidelines to get acceptable results.  For instance, when conducting surveys on transgenderism in sports, use of the terms "male" or "female" could be viewed as a form of misgendering, and result in biased results.  The same would apply to questions about competitive advantages based on biological sex.  All research proposals need to be approved by official Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion committees.  This ensures the effectiveness of survey wording and that the presentation of the research does not conflict with established Truth outcomes.

No competitive advantages allowed, such as performance enhancing drugs or artificial enhancements, but allowances are required if discriminating against the athlete's advantages results in marginalization of their chosen sexual identity.
